Mummy Market is owned and run by Sam Want with help from her husband John. Sam and John had their boy Jack in 2013. Sam always dreamed of having a shop and Sam wanted a solution for knowing the best place for baby goods on offer in one place, so Mummy Market was born!
Sam's been running Mummy Market independently since then and in 2019 took the decision to evolve the offer into toys, gifts and homeware for children and Mums.
Things were put on hold during the pandemic but in 2023 Sam reopened her store. New products will be added as we grow.

What is your returns policy?
Items which are damaged, faulty or incorrect must be returned within 30 days of receipt. In order to have postage costs refunded, the parcel must be returned only by standard delivery. We advise you to keep the postage receipt until you receive your refund if applicable.
Any item returned that was sold on discount will be refunded at this value. If a replacement item is requested, the price charged will be the live price at the time the product is replaced.
You can change your mind about a non-faulty item and return it to us for a refund, however the initial postage and packing charge, and any further costs incurred in returning the item, will not be refunded. Please return the item together with your returns slip and we will process the refund/exchange within 72 hours.
If your item is faulty, damaged or not as expected, please contact us first by email on firstname.lastname@example.org and state your order number, the product which is at fault, and the issue. We may be able to issue a refund/replacement without a return (we may require photos in this instance). If you do need to return the product in this instance, we will refund the postage charge.

Our standard rate is £3.95 per order. Orders over 1kg in weight may incur additional charges but we will contact you if this is the case. We offer free delivery for all orders over £50. These rates only cover mainland UK, Northern Ireland and some islands. We do not ship internationally. We recycle as much as we can so your delivery box may not be pretty but the items inside will be beautiful.
Our aim is to despatch within 1-2 days from receipt of order, with delivery 3-5 days after that. We don't currently offer express delivery but do contact us if you have a specific requirement and we'll see what we can do.
We take your privacy very seriously. Our site is hosted in a secure environment and your details are only accessible to our team who process your orders and returns. We do not sell your details to any other business, nor will we try to sell you services or good from other businesses. We do track your activity on our site using cookies, to ensure we are giving you the best experience possible.
